2006 Lexus LS430: No clock, radio, gps, climate control After Battery Cross Jumped?

All this components are controlled by Fuses.Basically Jumping the battery backwards will causes the Fuses to short.

There are multiple fuses that get blown when the vehicle is jumped backwards like this. Did you check or test every fuse in every fuse box including under the hood? There are large box type fuses that typically get blown and anything larger than 50 A is bolted into the fuse box. Some have multiple fuse strips especially in the fuse box under the hood. Depending on your model specific these may be popped also. Typically jumping things backwards does not damage computers or components.

Inspecting all fuses one by one and very carefully will take you to faulty/ shorted blown out fuse. The Replacing can be carried further.

This will help.
Thanks.
