Lexus: Buzzing Sound When Brakes are Applied?

Basically this problems are not noticed on Highway Speeds. But will be head and noticed at slow speeds.Basically at 10 to 20 mph.

This sounds like the speed ring or detection wheel on one of the drive axles has cracked or is damaged. At slow speeds the sensor picks this up and thinks the wheels as sliding and activates the abs even though the wheels are not sliding. The only accurate way to detect or diagnose this is by using a scope on the signal and detect the signal. The crack occurs due to rust build up around the axle and the ring swells and breaks. The sensors themselves also need checked.

This details will help.
Thanks.
